A clear path for return requests
QELVORA™ accepts return requests submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery confirmation.
To qualify, items should be unused, in a condition suitable for resale, and returned with their original packaging and included components. Items that show use, modification, accidental damage, missing parts, or incomplete packaging may not be eligible for return review.
How to begin
Email service@zeluvynne.com with your order details and the reason for the request.
For items that arrived damaged, incomplete, or different from the item ordered, please include clear photographs. This helps the support team assess the request without unnecessary delay.
Before sending an item
Do not send an item back until you receive return instructions. Returns sent without prior guidance, to an incorrect address, or without sufficient order information may take longer to review.
What happens after receipt
Returned items are reviewed after arrival. The result of the request is confirmed by email once the review is complete.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
